Descriptive memory
BEYEM TABIK FLUIDO is an adhesive cement-based mortar of high resistance, aggregates of selected granulometry and special additives that give it high workability, adherence and high resistance.
It is especially suitable for joining red ceramic blocks with fine joints.
Improvement of the construction process thanks to the saving of mortar.
- High performance.
- Consistency suitable for the installation of rectified brickwork walls.
- Good mechanical resistance.
- Interior and exterior application.
- Excellent workability.
- Quick execution.
- Improved thermal performances.
- Avoids compatibility problems with subsequently applied mortars.
- Formulation and dosage in industrial plant, which allows to obtain products of controlled quality and properties.
Use
Adhesive and binder for all types of brickwork works. Particularly suitable for partition walls with rectified red ceramic block both inside and outside. Prescribed masonry mortar for joints and thin layers.
Substrates
The suitable substrates for the application of BEYEM TABIK FLUIDO are:
- Red Ceramic blocks (masonry construction).
- Silico-lime bricks (masonry construction).
- Other cement-based supports.
The above-mentioned supports must be healthy, clean, with no badly adhering parts or substances that may hinder adhesion. All supports must have adequate flatness, porosity and surface roughness.
In case of heat or wind, it is advisable to wet the substrate and/or the bricks and wait for the water film to disappear and, depending on the application, to wet the mortar 24 hours after the application.
Do not apply to aerated concrete, plaster, paints, metal surfaces, plastics and materials with low mechanical strength.
Mix BEYEM TABIK FLUIDO with approximately 11 litres of clean water per 25 kg bag manually or with an electric mixer until a homogeneous, creamy and lump-free mixture is obtained. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before application. For partition walls, apply the necessary quantity of BEYEM TABIK FLUIDO on the guide of the ceramic partition wall and on one of the lateral edges with the help of a trowel. Place another ceramic partition wall on top of the glue, moving it over this guide, until it is in its final position. Press the panels into place with a rubber mallet. Level with the same trowel or re-sink and smooth with a trowel.
- Respect the indicated proportion of water in each mixing. Excessive mixing water may cause a delay in setting and a decrease in mechanical strength.
- Do not apply below 5°C and do not apply above 30°C.
- Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sunlight.
- Do not add more water to mortar that has lost its consistency and do not re-mix.
- Do not mix more product than can be applied within its workability period.
