BEYEM PRO H PLUS high penetrating hydrorepellent impregnation agent based on reactive siloxanes. Solvent-based. BEYEM PRO H PLUS penetrates the substrate bestowing a long-lasting impermeability, whilst allowing vapour diffusion.
Specially designed for use in highly alkaline substrates.
- Pearl effect.
- Dilution free: ready for use.
- It does not form film.
- Does not yellow due to any atmospheric conditions or ageing.
- High degree of penetration. Increased durability.
- Great power of migration by capillarity and fixation in the substrate.
- Improves thermal insulation.
- Reduces the appearance of efflorescence.
- Improves resistance to freeze-thaw cycles.
- Reduces the penetration of chlorine ions.
Water repellent impregnation for surfaces (prevents water absorption) with pearl effect and great penetration power. Efflorescence and de-icing salts controller. Dust accumulation and dirt absorption reducer. Surface protector, hindering the ageing and degradation of these surfaces due to the atmospheric agents, therefore, facilitating their maintenance and extending their useful life. Interior and exterior application in vertical substrates. Interior applications (essential to create good ventilation) and exterior walls. Specially designed for use in highly alkaline substrates.
BEYEM PRO H PLUS is suitable for:
- Cement-based coatings, hydrated lime and hydraulic lime based claddings, roof tiles, facing bricks, one coat mortars, natural stones, masonry, etc …
- Concrete and concrete blocks.
- Other absorbent and exposed porous surfaces.
The abovementioned substrates must be sound, clean, free from paint residue, poorly bonded parts or substances which may hinder adherence such as dust, dirt etc… and with sufficient porosity and absorption. All removable parts must be taken away. Surface treatments such as waxes, oils and products for removing formwork must be removed. The substrate must have undergone the drying hygrometric shrinkage and present no signs of humidity. The best results are given in very absorbent dry substrates.
Shake the drum (can) in order to homogenise the emulsion prior to use. Apply using a roller, brush or dispenser gun. Apply from the top of the substrate to the bottom, taking care that the product does not run off. The application of two successive coasts will be carried out “wet on wet”. The product is applied undiluted. For applications on unspecified substrates, consult the Technical Department.
- For applications on unspecified substrates, consult the Technical Department.
- Avoid applying in rainy weather and on damp substrates given that the pores of the substrate are saturated with water and prevent the penetration of the Beyem Pro H Plus.
- BEYEM PRO H PLUS is a solvent based product. For its use it is necessary to have an open and ventilated environment, especially indoors.
- Apply the necessary coasts so as to perfectly cover the pores of the substrate, but avoiding saturation.
- Do not apply on frozen substrates, whilst in the process of thawing or when there is risk of frost.
- Test the product on a small part of the surface to check the absorption and that no colour changes occur.
- Avoid contact of the product with aluminum frames, lead elements, tin and its derivatives.
- The duration of the water-repellent treatment will depend on the surface mechanical resistance of the material to be protected against the action of rain.
- Do not apply below 5ºC or above 35ºC.
- The use of BEYEM PRO H is not recommended for waterproofing in the presence of hydrostatic pressure, in permanent contact with water or on surfaces below the water table (underground waterproofing).
- BEYEM PRO H plus cannot be repainted using conventional paints.
- Do not use on gypsum walls.
- The duration of the water-repellent treatment will depend on the surface mechanical resistance of the material to be protected against the action of rain.
- BEYEM PRO H Plus does not require special curing, but must be protected from exposure to rain, at least during the first 3 hours after application.

Water repellent protection of internal and external vertical surfaces such as cement-based claddings, facing bricks, one coat mortars, lime mortars, natural stones, roof tiles, concrete etc. will be carried out using the single component, solvent-based water-repellent impregnation with reactive siloxanes Beyem Pro H Plus manufactured by the company Rodacal Beyem. The yield will be ≈ 4.0-12.0 m2/l. The substrate must be clean, moisture-free and free from friable parts.
