How do I access the product specifications and technical details?

1. Accessing the product description and details is very simple; just click on the main image.

2. When the product page opens, you’ll see the product’s main image, as well as an example of how it’s used. Below the images, you’ll find the usual information; however, to make browsing on mobile devices more convenient, we’ve organised this information into blocks (you’ll see them on the left)… so you still have everything just a click away.

3. Within each product’s details page, you’ll find two new options: ‘Request a price’ to add it to a list that will be sent as a ‘Quote Request’ to your assigned local sales representative; and the option to leave your rating and comments on the product.

How does the “Request a quote” option work?

1. The full product catalogue offers a ‘Request a quote’ option for each item. When you click this button, the product is automatically added to an ‘invisible’ list that will be updated as you make your selection. You can continue browsing the catalogue and choosing products until you have completed your list of requirements.

2. Once you have selected all the materials, click on the ‘View list’ button on the page of the last product selected to request a quote.

3. The complete list of products for the quote request will now appear. The user must complete the fields on the contact form so that the local technical sales representative can contact them with a personalised proposal based on the products they have shown an interest in.

How do contact forms work?

1. Not everyone has the same preferences when it comes to contact methods, which is why you can use the contact form to request a reply or make an enquiry via a phone call or email.

2. Select the ‘We’ll call you’ or ‘Send us a message’ tab, depending on how you’d prefer Rodacal Beyem to get in touch with you.

3. Thanks to the improvements in communication channels implemented on the website, you will be put in direct contact with the department or sales representative assigned to your geographical area.
