Decorative drainage pavement for landscaped walkways, tree surrounds, swimming pool solariums, playgrounds, terraces, pedestrian accesses to houses, roundabouts, sports centres, campsites, rural and agricultural roads, medians, etc…
Useful supports for the application of BEYEM PAVIDREN are among others:
- Concrete-based floors.
- Surfaces where you need to avoid puddles of water and liquids.
Supports must be rigid.
The substrates must be clean, dry, hard and free of dust or particles that hinder adhesion.
The surface must be prepared with the necessary slopes to evacuate water in order to avoid retention and accumulation under the pavement.
Pour two sacks of pebbles into a suitable recipient. Add the supplied quantity of Pavidren Special Resin, previously mixing both components together. Mix with a mixer at low revolutions until completely homogenised (approximately 5 minutes). A maximum time of 1 hour after mixing is available to apply the pavement. This time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity conditions. Once the support has been prepared, pour the mixed product, and spread it with a ruler until the desired thickness is obtained (a minimum thickness of 3 cm is recommended). Compact with the help of a trowel or similar.
Pedestrian traffic: 24-48 hours.
Final curing takes place after 7 days of application.
- Do not apply below 10°C and not above 30°C.
- Protect fresh surfaces from direct sunlight, frost and air currents.
- Do not re-mix the product after it has started to harden.
- Do not mix more material than can be applied within the workability period or pot life of it.
- Clean periodically, depending on the filling of the pores, with pressurised water.
- The particle sizes and drainage capacity may vary depending on the pebbles used.
- The waiting time for traffic may be reduced or extended depending on environmental conditions.
