BEYEM NEOCAL PASTA is a preparation of slaked lime paste based on slaked lime CL-90-S and water. It has a smooth and unctuous consistency and excellent workability. The lime used comes from the decomposition by calcination and subsequent hydration of very pure limestone rocks.

BEYEM NEOCAL PASTA has a wide field of use in industry, construction and agriculture. It is specially designed to be used as raw material for the production of plastering mortars, plasters, plasters, lime paints, stuccos and any type of products and finishes related to the restoration of historical buildings, high decoration and bio-construction.
The useful supports for the application of BEYEM NEOCAL PASTA are:
- Resistant old substrates with good mechanical strength and adhesion.
- Mortar plastering
- Other supports (bio-construction).
The aforementioned supports must be sound, clean, free of paint residues, poorly adhered parts or substances that may hinder adherence. All the supports must have the adequate flatness and present a surface of adequate porosity and roughness.
In case of heat or wind and on very absorbent substrates, it is necessary to dampen the substrate and wait for the water film to disappear and to dampen the product 24 hours after application.
This operation is essential to avoid rapid drying of the product and will depend on the degree of porosity and absorption of the substrate.
Do not apply on aerated concrete, paints, metal surfaces, plastic, waterproofed surfaces and materials with low mechanical resistance.
Depending on the application (paint or lime jelly), use concentrated or diluted with water until the desired consistency is obtained.
In the elaboration of mortars, dose from a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4. Apply according
to use.
- Do not apply below 5ºC and do not apply above 30ºC.
- Do not apply with risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun.
- In exteriors, do not apply on horizontal or inclined surfaces exposed to rain.
- Protect the upper edges of the cladding from rainwater penetration.
- Lime mortars have a slower setting time, so the hardening time increases.

BEYEM NEOCAL PASTA se envasa en botes de 5,10 y 20 Kg.
Conservación: 12 meses en envase original cerrado, a resguardo de la humedad y en lugares cubiertos.
Los útiles y herramientas se limpian fácilmente con agua antes de que la pasta haya endurecido. El producto curado o endurecido sólo puede ser eliminado por medios mecánicos.
La restauración y revestimiento de la fachada se realizará con el preparado de pasta de cal reposada a base de cal apagada y agua Beyem Neocal Pasta, de la compañía Rodacal Beyem, a base de cal apagada CL-90-S y agua . El soporte deberá estar limpio, sano, compacto y dimensionalmente estable. Se respetarán las juntas de dilatación, cuando proceda.
