Beyem Cril Fondo Rugoso

BEYEM CRIL FONDO RUGOSO is a coloured acrylic primer for BEYEM SATE system. Formulated with acrylic copolymers and finely ground marbles that provide hardness and resistance to the product.

The aforementioned substrates must be sound, clean, free of paint residues, poorly adhered parts or substances that may hinder adhesion. All substrates must have adequate flatness. The substrate must not have clear problems of dampness and, where appropriate, must have completed its curing shrinkage and its maturing period must have been respected.

Shake the container before use to homogenise the product and avoid sedimentation. At least 48 hours after the last smoothing coat of Beyem Adheterm, apply a coat of Beyem Cril Fondo Rugoso optionally diluted with 5% water. Beyem Cril Fondo Rugoso can be applied by brush or roller. This primer acts as an absorption equaliser and adhesion promoter for the subsequent Beyem Cril or Beyem Cril Polisiloxano finish.

• Do not apply below 5ºC and do not apply above 30ºC.
• Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun.
• Avoid using different batches in the same cloth, or failing that, it is advisable to mix 50% of the first container with the contents of the second one. This will prevent small variations in shade between batches from affecting the final result.
• It should be avoided to leave a cloth in the middle to avoid splices. Use working joints if necessary.
• For touch-ups on already painted substrates and to avoid marks, it is advisable to paint the whole cloth.
• The use of colours with a solar radiation absorption coefficient (α) greater than 0.7 is not recommended, unless the façade is permanently protected from solar radiation.
• Protect the upper edges of the cladding against the penetration of rainwater.
• Respect expansion joints.

BEYEM CRIL FONDO RUGOSO is packaged in 15L plastic buckets.
Storage: 24 months in sealed original packaging, at moderate temperature and humidity. Keep away from direct sunlight.

Tools and tools are easily cleaned with water before the paste has hardened. Cured or hardened product can only be removed by mechanical means.

La capa de imprimación del Sistema de Aislamiento Térmico por el exterior (SATE-ETIC) Beyem, se realizará con imprimación acrílica coloreada Beyem Cril Fondo Rugoso, de la compañía Rodacal Beyem. El rendimiento será de ≈ 5 – 8 m2/l. El soporte deberá estar limpio, sano, compacto y dimensionalmente estable. Se respetarán las juntas de dilatación, cuando proceda así como las indicaciones generales de instalación del fabricante.
