Formulated with natural hydraulic lime (NHL) and pure calcitic aggregate, it is free from phases that could cause damage to traditional masonry commonly used in architectural heritage. Characterised according to the methodology for mortar design described in the UNE-EN 17187 standard \u2018Conservation of cultural heritage. Characterisation of mortars used in cultural heritage\u2019, which establishes guidelines for selecting methods to carry out a correct and complete evaluation of mortar performance.<\/p>\n<p>The aggregate used has a continuous particle size distribution that ensures proper packing in the mortar. Its calcitic composition also ensures good cohesion between the grains and the matrix (which has partly the same composition), resulting in better mechanical strength in the long
